About the teaching

softening the body and relaxing into a yoga postureI teach movement from the centre of your being. Time and space is given for you to soften the outer body and connect to the breath and the life within. In this way, your movements can arise from the breath and a sense of what your body needs. I combine this gentle approach with structured sequences that guide you more deeply into postures or meditation in a safe and supported way. This is an enjoyable opportunity for you to feel, explore, accept and find a comfortable place in your body and self; an interesting and ongoing journey unique to each individual.
