I have been seeing Pippa for private yoga lessons now for over a year. I was a beginner at yoga but I immediately felt comfortable with her gentle but firm style of teaching, and I have never looked back. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and what it needs, and makes each lesson work brilliantly as she fits it for that particular day and the mood of the body at the time.
The work we do is strenuous but not overly so, so I am always feeling improvements in my body . I am much more flexible now than I was before we started working together, and I am so grateful to Pippa for her wonderful patience and commitment.

I valued your help and support through one of the most challenging times of my life when I had cancer. Yoga gave me individual classes at home and supported me back to health. I started having private yoga sessions with Pippa in the hope of dealing with some persistent discomfort in one of my shoulders.
Over time, there has been a slow but definite improvement in that condition and although I could have stopped the sessions, I decided to carry on with Pippa on a regular basis because of the added benefits to my general health and well-being that I was becoming aware of.
I feel that Pippa has a great respect for and an innate understanding of the body and this makes me trust her work implicitly. Her emphasis on wholeness, her great attentiveness to detail and the depth at which we work all combine to create a relaxed and enjoyable climate in which healing can occur.
