Face to face yoga  classes

ALL CLASSES ARE ONLINE UNTIL 2021
You will need your own mat and blocks for these face to face classes (due to you know what!)  Both these classes are run with great attention and care for your health and safety.
Beginners and those with more experience are welcome to all classes.​  If you are interested in the women's class please go to the contact page and email me.

GREAT DEAL WITH YMCA ONLINE!
Please visit ymca-fitness-centre and take a free short term subscription for online Y-FIT. (thereafter £10 pm) I teach voluntarily for one hour  on Weds 11.45-12.45. There is a wide range of other exercise classes by local teachers, available for you to watch live or in your own time after the class.
