Online yoga classes
Welcome to online Yoga. In response to the current situation I have decided to run my classes from home using Zoom. A steep learning curve for me, but also a great joy. I am running a 'book in advance' flexible voucher system. Please scroll down for details.
Self isolation and staying home under the present conditions can be challenging in many different ways. It is also an opportunity to take care of yourself. If you feel the need to move, breathe and connect to your body, these sessions will be useful to you. Online Yoga and somatic movement is a nurturing practice where you will feel held safely as you move through the sequences. This is an opportunity to nourish your health and well being at home and connect with others in a friendly group.
Each class has a focused specific intention. You will be led step by step through sequences that are enjoyable and clearly explained, working deeply and gently through the whole body. We conclude with relaxation and a short meditation. Modifications are given where needed.
Online yoga is not suitable if you are a complete beginner. Some experience is necessary as I am not in the room with you! If you have a chronic condition please do contact me. You can still come if you have some knowledge of yoga.

Book for 5 sessions@ £50.27. - take them at any time and at any class. (The Women Only class is women only!)
Please email me with the class or classes you would like to be invited to on a regular basis and I will put you on those lists. You will receive a zoom invite on the day and you can respond if you want to join the class that week. No need to let me know if you cannot come. I ask you to keep a record of your attendance and I will take a screen shot and also keep a register of attendance.

HOW IT WORKS
-Book and pay using the buttons on the left.
-Email me or use the contact form to tell me which class/classes invite list you would like to be on.
-I email you an invite link on the day of the class a few hours before it begins. I will also tell you if there is anything else you need for the class. You will receive an invite link each week and you respond if you want to come.
-Join the class about 10 minutes before the start. Click on the link or copy and paste it into the google search bar. I take a quick register and check for any conditions/injuries.
-WE DO YOGA!

SET UP YOUR SPACE BEFORE JOINING THE CLASS.
Make sure the room is well lit with the light in front of you otherwise you will be in shadow. What you can see on the screen, will be what I can see.
For a smooth start and to get the best out of the class, using your webcam, position your device so that you can see your mat and just above it. If you put your device a good distance away, I will be able see most of you if you lie down, sit and stand up. If I can see you, I can give you guidance. Its worth the effort. Experiment!
