One to one lessons.
Pippa is a brilliant yoga teacher. Her sessions are superb. She works on each individual’s particular needs. So in my case, she has helped increase the strength and flexibility of my back and given me effective strategies for managing stress. Robert Peston - Journalist.
I have been seeing Pippa for private yoga lessons now for over a year. I was a beginner at yoga but I immediately felt comfortable with her gentle but firm style of teaching, and I have never looked back. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and what it needs, and makes each lesson work brilliantly as she fits it for that particular day and the mood of the body at the time.
The work we do is strenuous but not overly so, so I am always feeling improvements in my body . I am much more flexible now than I was before we started working together, and I am so grateful to Pippa for her wonderful patience and commitment.
I would very highly recommend her as an outstanding yoga teacher to suit a huge variety of different needs. Francesca Longrigg - Songwriter.
I valued your help and support through one of the most challenging times of my life when I had cancer. Yoga gave me individual classes at home and supported me back to health. Now years later and clear of cancer, I am having individual sessions again. I trust Pippa’s knowledge and skill and yet it feels as though we work together in the sessions. Initially the focus was on managing Diabetes and now working on hips and knees. I come away from every session feeling energised, prepared and inspired to practice Yoga at home. Gill Loughran - Retired social Worker.
I started having private yoga sessions with Pippa in the hope of dealing with some persistent discomfort in one of my shoulders.
Over time, there has been a slow but definite improvement in that condition and although I could have stopped the sessions, I decided to carry on with Pippa on a regular basis because of the added benefits to my general health and well-being that I was becoming aware of.
I feel that Pippa has a great respect for and an innate understanding of the body and this makes me trust her work implicitly. Her emphasis on wholeness, her great attentiveness to detail and the depth at which we work all combine to create a relaxed and enjoyable climate in which healing can occur. The sessions leave me refreshed and more 'embodied'. I would not hesitate to recommend Pippa as an experienced and inspiring yoga teacher. Regine Lallah - Retired.
Pippa is a fantastic teacher. Her rare combination of a gentle and sympathetic approach, sound physiological understanding and professional expertise has helped me keep my own body and soul in good repair for the last two and a half years. I cannot praise her highly enough. Sian Busby -Author.
My individual yoga lessons with Pippa and her attention to detail are invaluable for my work as a folk fiddle player, as well as my general sense of well being. Pete Cooper- Folk fiddle player.
I have been with Pippa for a few years and I love her classes. If you're looking for a mindful/spiritual yoga class, Pippa is the teacher
for you. She is very professional, has a beautiful soft voice, a calm manner, a real talent for giving individual attention without losing
sight of the group and a lovely light touch. Pippa's class is gentle, supportive and allows a deep appreciation for the
connection between the mind, body and breath. What more can one ask for? Gaynor Hudson - Retired
I have attended Pippa’s yoga class at the YMCA in North London over the past year. She has a calm and grounding teaching approach and is clearly dedicated to and knowledgeable about yoga. She has an unusual and effective use of imagery with postures that adds a new dimension to the yoga practice. I highly recommend her as a yoga teacher. Kamali Friedman Cranial Osteopath
I value the way you combine a spiritual approach with being down to earth and grounded, an individual approach that combine enabling students to support each other, a good eye for detail, and finally your sense of humour and ability to be just an ordinary person like the rest of us when really you are a very special and rare person!
